The app is for parents and guardians managing a child’s information and teens age 13 or older using the teen experience. Children under 13 may not use the app independently; a parent or guardian must complete the adult handoff and operate it for them. If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to review these Terms and authorize any purchase.
If you enter information about another person, you must be authorized to do so and must use the service in a lawful, respectful way.
Estimates and health information
TallSoon provides educational tools and estimates for general information. A height estimate is not a measurement of future height and may differ from a person’s actual adult height. Results depend on the information entered and the limits of the methods used.
The app and website are not medical devices and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Habit, nutrition, sleep, and activity content is general wellness information; it does not promise or cause extra height. Talk with a pediatrician or qualified health professional about growth concerns or health decisions.
Subscriptions and app-store purchases
Some app features require a paid subscription. The offer screen and the relevant app store show the available plan, price, billing period, trial if offered, and renewal terms before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. If a free trial is offered, its length, eligibility, and the price that applies after the trial are shown in the purchase flow; trial availability may depend on your store account and prior purchases.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google under the store account used to subscribe. Manage or cancel an Apple subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings, or a Google Play subscription in Google Play subscriptions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store’s policies and applicable law.
Your information and device
You are responsible for the information you choose to enter and for keeping your device and any exported file secure. The app stores child profiles, measurements, and habits on your device; its operation also uses app stores and RevenueCat for subscription processing as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and intellectual property
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. TallSoon and its content are owned by Bosphorus Elevate LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you permission to use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes; they do not transfer ownership.
App-store terms and legal rights
For an Apple download, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a custom agreement is provided. App-store terms also govern store billing and purchases. Nothing in these Terms excludes, limits, or waives a right or remedy that applicable law does not allow us to exclude, limit, or waive.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available and without promises beyond those expressly stated here. Any liability limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and does not remove mandatory consumer protections.
