The website’s height calculator runs in your browser. Values you enter are held in page memory to calculate and display a result; the calculator does not send those values to TallSoon or save them in browser storage. Refreshing or closing the page clears the form.
Our hosting provider, Vercel, may process technical request information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested page, and request time to deliver and secure the website. Hosting logs and any security technologies are controlled by the provider and may be retained under the settings and plan used for hosting. TallSoon does not add website analytics or advertising trackers.
Information in the app
The app does not require an account. Child profiles, birth details, family heights, other profile answers, measurements, and habit records are stored in the app’s local database and settings on the device. TallSoon does not send these child details to our servers or to RevenueCat.
Device backups may include app data, depending on your operating system, account, and backup settings. You can export data or share a report when you choose; exported files or shared content may contain information shown in the app. The device’s sharing feature sends it to the person or service you select, and copies they receive are no longer controlled by TallSoon.
You can delete app records from Family settings using Delete All Data. This removes the app’s local profiles, measurements, habits, and settings from the device. It does not delete a file you previously exported, copies held in device backups, or subscription records maintained by an app store or RevenueCat.
Subscriptions and RevenueCat
If you view or buy a subscription, RevenueCat and the Apple App Store or Google Play process information needed to show subscription options, validate purchases, restore purchases, determine subscription access, and provide subscription analytics. This can include a random anonymous app user ID, product and transaction identifiers, purchase history, subscription status, and related store information. RevenueCat does not receive child names, birth details, heights, weights, or habit records from TallSoon.
Payment details are handled by the app store or payment provider, not by TallSoon. RevenueCat and the app stores handle information under their own privacy terms. Their retention periods and request procedures may differ from ours.
Support and requests
If you email support@tallsoon.pro, we receive the email address and anything you choose to include so we can respond and handle the request. Please do not email a child’s measurements or other sensitive details unless they are necessary to explain an issue. We keep support correspondence as needed to respond, maintain support records, and meet applicable obligations; we do not set a fixed deletion period.
You can contact us at support@tallsoon.pro with questions or requests about personal information. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion. We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law. No account is required to use the app, and app data can also be deleted in Family settings.
Children and teens
TallSoon is designed for parents and guardians managing a child’s growth information, and for teens age 13 or older using the teen experience. Children under 13 must not use the app on their own. A parent or guardian must complete the parent handoff and operate the app for a child under 13. Teens under 18 should ask a parent or guardian to review and authorize any purchase.
If you believe a child under 13 has used the app without an adult, contact support@tallsoon.pro. We will review the request and take appropriate steps.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above shows when this version was last updated. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
